11-Week Course Description:

This immersive online experience combines a guided course with a reflective book club centered on Rest Is Resistance. Designed as both a learning journey and a communal space, this program invites participants to slow down, reflect deeply, and reclaim rest as a radical act of self-care and liberation.

Blending structured teachings with group discussion, this program creates space not only to understand the core messages of the book, but to embody them.

Participants will explore how grind culture, chronic busyness, and societal expectations disconnect us from our bodies and inherent worth and how rest can be used as a tool for healing, restoration, and resistance.

Each session includes guided reflections, gentle practices, and meaningful conversations that support integration. Rather than rushing through content, this experience emphasizes slowing down, listening inward, and building sustainable rest practices in daily life.
