Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy describes terms for Participants canceling their either their training or retreat registration or Incite Agency for Change cancelling an event. You may cancel by replying to your registration confirmation email or online here. When you register for an event, you agree to the following terms.
Training Registration Cancellations
Due to limited seating in all of our trainings, we request that you cancel your registration at least two weeks before a scheduled event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. If you cancel your registration at least two weeks in advance, you can request a full refund, minus processing fees, or have your registration moved to a future event date.
If a cancellation occurs between two weeks up until 72 hours prior to the event, you can request a 50% refund, minus processing fees.
For late cancellations within 72 hours of the event, or for “no-shows” to the event, no refund will be made.
In the case of illness and/or a catastrophic event, a participant needing to cancel their registration can contact us prior to the start of the event and determination will be made on a case-by-case basis for a refund and/or moving registration to a future date.
Retreat Registration Cancellations
Incite Agency for Change all-inclusive wellness retreats are limited to a small number of attendees to allow for a more personable, intimate experience. As such, the cancellation policy that we have crafted helps share expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
Retreat registration includes a non-refundable $500 deposit. However, the non-refundable deposit and any paid retreat costs are transferable to a replacement guest at any time, minus a $100 administration fee.
If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the start of the event, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus a $500 non-refundable deposit. If there is a waiting list and a guest from the waiting list is able to take your place, we may be able to accommodate a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to the start of the event, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the start of the event, no refund will be issued.
While no one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling, unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance on your own.
Event Cancellations
Several of our trainings have minimum attendance requirements. If Incite Agency for Change cancels a training or retreat due to low enrollment, emergency, or other circumstances that may compromise the event or safety of others, participants may choose to receive a full refund or have their registration moved to a future event date.
Changes to This Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this policy at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice to all current event registrants prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
