WELLNESS COLLECTIVE

Find hope and healing alongside the community that we create together. No one should struggle alone. Let's rise together.

Virtual Wellness Workshops are facilitator-led sessions designed to support personal growth, emotional well-being, and healthy lifestyle practices. These workshops bring participants together in an accessible, interactive format to explore practical skills and strategies that promote balance, resilience, and overall wellness.
Each session may include guided discussions, short teachings, experiential activities, and tools that can be applied in daily life. Participants gain insights into managing stress, improving communication, building healthy habits, and nurturing meaningful connections—all from the comfort of their own home.
Whether you are seeking personal development, emotional support, or a sense of community, these Virtual Wellness Workshops offer a flexible and supportive environment to learn, grow, and thrive.

Class begins January 4
This recovery workshop is designed for family members, friends, and parents who have a loved one—child or adult—affected by addiction.
Join today for practical, skill-based guidance that supports personal growth for anyone impacted by a loved one’s dependency. Participants will learn healthier, more effective ways of interacting with someone who is currently struggling—or has struggled—with addiction.
Being in a close relationship with someone battling addiction can feel frustrating, painful, confusing, and isolating. It’s easy to lose your sense of direction, and choosing to change long-standing patterns requires real courage.
This workshop provides a supportive community where you can gain coping tools, communication skills, and emotional support—reducing feelings of isolation and restoring a sense of hope.
Build new tools for your toolbox so you can foster healing, develop resilience, and create healthy boundaries while supporting your loved one’s recovery.
This recovery workshop is guided by content from “Smart Recovery for Family & Friends.”

Class begins January 11
In tumultuous times that tell us to do more, what would it be like to do less? Explore this question in community as we read Tricia Hersey’s manifesto, "Rest is Resistance."
Join us for this Virtual Book Club co-facilitated by Brandyn Campbell and Charlette Glaus. With expert facilitation and a community-centered approach, this group will become a powerful space to unlearn, restore, and dream together.
This 10-week cohort gathers a community committed to disrupting "grind culture" and embracing rest as a path to liberation. Through guided practices, deep conversation, and collective care, participants will have an opportunity to connect rest to imagination, healing, and freedom.
Need a copy of the book? We're delighted to partner with Liberation is Lit for our book club materials. Liberation is Lit owner and radical reader, Tayler Simon, aims to spark collective action for liberation and community building among readers and book lovers by promoting stories from intersectional experiences.
