About the Event
Our goal is to offer practical, skill-based guidance that supports personal growth for anyone impacted by a loved one’s dependency. Participants will learn healthier, more effective ways of interacting with someone who is currently struggling—or has struggled—with addiction.
Being in a close relationship with someone battling addiction can feel frustrating, painful, confusing, and isolating. It’s easy to lose your sense of direction, and choosing to change long-standing patterns requires real courage.
This workshop provides a supportive community where you can gain coping tools, communication skills, and emotional support—reducing feelings of isolation and restoring a sense of hope. Build new tools for your toolbox so you can foster healing, develop resilience, and create healthy boundaries while supporting your loved one’s recovery.
This recovery workshop is guided by content from “Smart Recovery for Family & Friends.”
