
Adult Mental Health First Aid is a 7.5-8.5 hour workshop that teaches participants to identify, understand, and compassionately respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. MHFA uses a recovery perspective, offers messages of hope, and brings awareness to several different types of mental health challenges.
