is a suicide gatekeeper skills training featuring a simplistic framework, detailed discussion of warning signs, and pragmatic “scripts.” This widely-used suicide prevention training has been customized for Question, Persuade, Refer youth (ages 12 and older) and families to participate TOGETHER. Adult participants MUST be accompanied by a youth.

What you’ll get:

  • Skills to recognize stress in our own lives

  • Bite-sized self-care practices and tools to use before stress feels like too much

  • Skills to recognize and support individuals with thoughts of suicide
